[HSR - 2.x] Acheron Kit

Talent
Acheron starts with 0 flowers. She does not use energy and cannot receive energy. Her actions apply flowers to enemies until a total of 9(?) are on the field. When an enemy dies, their remaining flowers are transferred to the enemy with the most flowers. At max flowers, she gains the ability to ult.
Normal
Performs a single target attack against an enemy. The target of this attack receives 1 flower.
Skill
Performs a blast attack against the enemies. The primary target of this attack receives 2 flowers.
Ultimate
Acheron reduces the DamageRES of all enemies during the duration of the ult. All attacks performed during this ult will ignore Weakness Types.
Acheron performs 4 distinct actions in quick succession:
* Action 1: Perform a 2-hit attack against the enemy with the most flowers, reducing their flower count by 3. Perform an AoE attack with the damage ratio scaled based on the number of flowers that were reduced.
* Action 2: Perform a 3-hit attack against the enemy with the most flowers, reducing their flower count by 3. Perform an AoE attack with the damage ratio scaled based on the number of flowers that were reduced.
* Action 3: Perform a 1-hit attack against the neemy with the most flowers, reducing their flower count by 3. Perform an AoE attack with the damage ratio scaled based on the number of flowers that were reduced.
* Action 4: Perform a 2-hit AoE attack against all enemies
Technique
Upon entering combat, Acheron generates +?? flowers applied to the highest ranking enemy. Performs an AoE attack against all enemies.

Eidolons
E1: When a debuff is applied to an enemy, boost Acheron's ATK% and Crit Chance% until the end of the encounter. Can have up to ?? stacks.
E2: Reduces the A4 Nihility requirements by 1. At the beginning of Acheron's turn, 1 flower is added to the enemy with the most flowers
E4: At the start of her ult, applies a debuff to all enemies increasing their damage taken by ??% for ?? turns.
E6: Acheron ults receive a ??% CritDMG boost. When Acheron uses a Basic ATK or Skill, it will be considered an Ultimate Attack.

- Ultimate: Apply 1 stack of debuff to 1 target with X base chance for X turns. Deal 1 hit of Fire DMG. Checks for the enemy with the most stacks, add debuff stack to all enemies so that they all match the enemy with the highest. Applies an aura that heals an ally by Jiaoqiu's ATK at the beginning of the ally's turn. Enemies will be damaged at the beginning of their turn which will stack 1 debuff. Enemies will take more damage from ultimates. If an enemy joins the field during the ultimate aura, apply the stacks of debuffs to them.

Seems Quantum.
Skill: Takes HP from ally and gives them Speed. When the ally attacks they also hit the attacked enemies again for additional damage, if A2 gives Jade energy. If used on themselves, they don't lose HP. Buff can be applied to only one ally.
Passive #?: Counts how many times enemies get attacked and after a certain threshold, they use a follow up attack with increased attack, and if A6, increased Crit DMG.
A4: Act immediately at start of a fight.
A6: Increases their Crit DMG for every enemy that dies up to a certain limit.
Ultimate: Damages all enemies and buffs the follow up ATK.

Skill: Heals teammate based on his ATK.
Ultimate:
- Puts debuff on enemy that increases Break DMG taken for X turns (E2 increases Break DMG scaling by debuff count, E4 makes it last longer) and then deals damage.
- It enhances basic ATKs and if E1 gives him another turn.
While the ultimate debuff is active: Attackers are healed by a % of Gallagher's ATK, if Gallagher is the attacker and his Basic ATK is enhanced, all allies get healed instead.
Other:
- Enhanced Basic ATK reduces enemy ATK for X turns.
- His heals are improved for low HP allies.
- E6 increases his Stance DMG and Break DMG.

His skill triggers a "duel" mode against an enemy, if the enemy dies or is broken Boothill will gain an attack buff and a "bullet," but if the enemy attacks before either happens they will gain the attack buff instead. Once he reaches 5 bullets, his basic attack will be enhanced and shoot all bullets with each doing more damage and gains an extra turn.
His ultimate deals damage, increases break damage and delays the enemy turn. Might make the enemy vulnerable to physical damage.
