There's a new file in the latest Star Rail beta that seems to indicate skins will have "special actions," what could these actions be? I don't know exactly as there's no data, so this is purely me theorizing so don't take it as a "leak" but maybe different…
These could be simply assets related to extra actions during battle. I.e. Seele's Resurgence or March's Girl Power.
