To summarize as far as I could understand it since language barrier and with some help:

- Kiana, Mei, Bronya old stigmata get an effect upgrade during Astral Ring.
- Kiana gets a new Divine Key that enables her to USE Astral Ring.
[HI3 - 7.8 BETA] Sparkle

While I can't say it's confirmed 100%, the chances of 'Sparkle' being released on 7.8 are big due to some asset addition. No model yet.

And if not released, maybe having an appearance.

Astral Ring
Unleashes the power of the Astral Ring, enhancing the character.

The character is protected by the Rite of Oblivion. When entering Stellar Outburst mode, they also enter Mech Mode, unleashing Stellar Assault, dealing 400% ATK of Lightning DMG.
When the Rite of Oblivion is activated, they enter [Mech Fist Flurry Mode] and gain 4 Degenerate Charge. During this time, you can continuously tap a special button to consume 1 Degenerate Charge and unleash a flurry of attacks, up to 3 hits, then unleash Combo ATK and consume the last Degenerate Charge before exiting [Mech Fist Flurry Mode]. DMG dealt is during the skill is considered as Combo ATK DMG.
SEQ 1: 2200% ATK of Lightning DMG
SEQ 2: 1700%+350%*3 ATK of Lightning DMG
SEQ 3: 170%*18 ATK of Lightning DMG
When World Star is activated, Vita will enter [Mech Resonance Mode] when first entering the field and gain 6 Degenerate Charge. The mech will autonomously unleash [Enhanced Spacetime Black Hole] attack, dealing a total of 200%*33 ATK of Lightning DMG. During this time, you can continuously tap a special button to consume 1 Degenerate Charge and trigger a Territorial Resonance Mark. This effect has a 0.8 second cooldown. Some time after unleashing [Enhanceed Spacetime Black Hole], [Enhanced Combo ATK] will be unleashed, dealing a total of 2000% ATK of Lightning DMG, consuming 1 Degenerate Charge, triggering Territorial Resonance Marks and exiting [Mech Resonance Mode]. [Mech Resonance Mode] can only be used once per Astral Ring activation duration.
● During Stellar Outburst, characters under the protection of Astral Ring Specialization: Wheel of Destiny can trigger Phantoms to aid in combat, dealing 1200% ATK of adaptive Elemental DMG (this DMG is considered as Phantom ATK DMG) by the character on field. After unleashing this, the character on field gains 11 seconds of Shadowdance.

· Astral Ring Skill 1: During Stellar Outburst, all enemies on field take 20.0% increased Lightning DMG from this character (this effect is an independent multiplier)
· Astral Ring Skill 2: After Stellar Outburst ends, gains Stellar Drain. Combo ATKs consume Stellar Drain, increasing Astral Ring Intensity by 15. The character gains Stellar Drain when entering combat.
· Astral Ring Skill 3: When Astral Ring Specialization: World Star is activated, the additional DMG dealt when consuming Degenerate Energy is considered as Resonance Attacks, [Ultimate Buff] additionally provides the following effects:
[Elemental Breach]: Elemental Breach increases by 14.0%
[Physical Breach]: Physical Breach increases by 45.0%

Leader Skill
Leader Skill: When Vita is the leader, activates the Rite of Oblivion. Astral Ring Intensity required: 150, Stellar Outburst duration: 18 seconds, cooldown: 25 seconds.
When there is 1 character protected by the Astral Ring in the team, increases Total DMG for all team members by 6.0%.
When there are 2 characters protected by the Astral Ring in the team, increases Physical and all Elemental DMG for all team members by 6.0%.
When there are 3 characters protected by the Astral Ring in the team, enemies on field take 3.0% increased Total DMG.

· Leader Skill 1: When Vita is the leader, activates the Rite of Oblivion. Astral Ring Intensity required: 150, Stellar Outburst duration: 25 seconds, cooldown: 25 seconds.
When there is 1 character protected by the Astral Ring in the team, increases Total DMG for all team members by 12.0%.
When there are 2 characters protected by the Astral Ring in the team, increases Physical and all Elemental DMG for all team members by 12.0%.
When there are 3 characters protected by the Astral Ring in the team, enemies on field take 6.0% increased Total DMG.
· Leader Skill 2: When Vita is the leader, all enemies take 30.0% increased Lightning DMG from Vita (this effect is an independent multiplier), and when there are 2/3 Rite of Oblivion characters in the team, Vita's Total DMG is increased by 20.0%/50.0%.

Passive
After entering Mechh Mode, the character gains [Charge], starting at 400 with a maximum of 400. [Charge] can be restored through Basic ATK and Weapon Skill.
While airborne, the character can slow the fall by holding the Jump button during natural descent.

· Passive Skill 1: Reduces Total DMG taken by the character by 30.0%.
· Passive Skill 2: When the Astral Ring is activated and upon entering a stage, Vita provides the entire team with [Initial Buff] for 25 seconds. [Initial Buff] provides the following effects:
Increases Total DMG by 10.0%, all Elemental DMG by 10.0%, Physical DMG by 20%, Crit Rate by 20%, and Crit DMG by 20%.
All enemies take 10.0% increased Total DMG, 20.0% increased all Element DMG, and 20.0% increased Physical DMG from team members with [Initial Buff].
When [Ultimate Buff] is obtained, [Initial Buff] does not take effect.

Weapon Skill
Normal Mode:
Tap the weapon button to launch several feathers at enemies, dealing a total of 70%*8 ATK of Lightning DMG. If you continue to tap or hold the Basic ATK button, it will chain into Basic ATK SEQ 3, enhancing Basic ATK SEQ 3 & 4, where Vita uses the Divine Ring 神环 to continuously slice through enemies and creating a rift, drawing in nearby enemies, dealing a total of 180%+45%*14+210%*4 ATK of Lightning DMG.
Cooldown: 12 seconds

Mech Mode:
Tap the weapon button to command the mech to sweep with a laser that penetrates enemies, dealing a total of 150%*9+40%*3 ATK of Lightning DMG. If you continue to tap or hold the Basic ATK button, it will chain into Basic ATK SEQ 3, enhancing Basic ATK SEQ 3 & 4, where the mech continuously shoots beams from above and finishes with a laser cannon, dealing a total of 55%*18+710% ATK of Lightning DMG.
Cooldown: 12 seconds

· Weapon Skill 1: When the Enhanced Basic ATK SEQ 4 hits, gain one stack of [Stellar Drain Enhancement], up to two stacks. Using Stellar Drain consumes all [Stellar Drain Enhancement], each stack restores an additional 10 Astral Ring Intensity. All [Stellar Drain Enhancement] is lost upon exiting the field.
· Weapon Skill 2: When the Weapon Skill is used, triggers a 3-second global Time Fracture, with a 2-second trigger interval.

Basic ATK
Attacks enemies using the Divine Ring 神环 or by commanding her mech.

Normal Mode: On the ground or in the air, tap the ATK button to unleash a 4-sequence attack: SEQ 1: Deals 340% ATK of Lightning DMG.
SEQ 2: Deals 150%*2 ATK of Lightning DMG.
SEQ 3: Deals 180%+50%*9 ATK of Lightning DMG.
SEQ 4: Deals 420% ATK of Lightning DMG.

Mech Mode: Tap the ATK button on the ground or in air to unleash a 4-sequence attack:
SEQ 1: Deals 170%*3 ATK of Lightning DMG, recovers 9 [Charge].

Special ATK
Fist of Annihilation

In Mech Mode, when [Charge] is full, hold the ATK button to consume all [Charge]. Vita commands the mech to crush her enemies with its fists, dealing a total of 2000% ATK of Lightning DMG. The character is invincible while charging the skill.

· Combo Skill 1: Increases Lightning DMG dealt by Combo ATK by 20.0% and increases Elemental Breach by 8.0%.
· Combo Skill 2: Each time Combo ATK is unleashed during Mech Mode, the Ultimate gains additional 800% ATK of Lightning DMG, stacking up to 2 times. These stacks are cleared when the Ultimate ends.

Evasion Skill
Moves quickly to dodge enemy attacks, can consecutively Evade twice.
Ultimate Evasion Skill: Triggers a global Time Fracture for X seconds. After using Ultimate Evasion, it can immediately chain into Basic ATK SEQ 3.

· Evasion Skill 1: Upon triggering Ultimate Evasion, recovers 400 HP.

Ultimate
Normal Mode: Tap the Ultimate skill to summon the mech and enter Mech Mode, changing attack styles. The character is invincible during this state and triggers Time-frozen Domain. Mech Mode lasts up to 18 seconds, with no SP cost or cooldown to enter this mode.
SP cost: 0. Cooldown: 0 seconds.

Mech Mode:
Tap the Ultimate skill to fully power up the mech and pinpoint a region in space, unleashing a powerful piercing laser cannon aimed at the designated planetary coordinates, dealing a total of 800% ATK of Lightning DMG. The character is invincible during this state and triggers Time-frozen Domain.
SP cost: 125. Cooldown: 20 seconds.

· Ultimate Skill 1: When the Astral Ring is activated and the character enters Stellar Outburst or unleashes Ultimate in Mech Mode, all other team members gain the [Ultimate Buff] for 25 seconds. Re-triggering refreshes the duration. [Ultimate Buff] provides the following effects:
Increases Total DMG by 15.0%, all Elemental DMG by 15.0%, Physical DMG by 20%, Crit Rate by 20%, and Crit DMG by 20%.
All enemies take 15.0% increased Total DMG, 20% increased all Elemental DMG, and 20.0% increased Physical DMG from team members with [Ultimate Buff].
· Ultimate Skill 2: When any team member has [Ultimate Buff], and if they also have [Elemental Breach] or [Physical Breach] not provided by Vita at the same time, [Ultimate Buff] converts [Elemental Breach] or [Physical Breach] provided by itself into 40.0% all Elemental DMG increase or 40.0% Physical DMG increase. · Ultimate Skill 3: [Ultimate Buff] additionally increases all DMG dealt by 20.0%.

She deals Lightning DMG. Has two "forms," in her normal form she uses a Drive Core. In her other form she uses a mecha to attack. Her weapon skill uses feathers to attack enemy and during mecha form she will attack enemies with a laser. Her Astral Ring is Rite of Oblivion currently (same for Kiana)
