[HSR - 2.3 BETA] The Wind-Soaring Valorous Changes

OLD: Increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 6%. After the wearer uses a follow-up attack, increases the DMG dealt by their Ultimate by 30%, lasting for 1 turn(s).
NEW: Increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 6%. When the wearer uses a follow-up attack, increase the DMG dealt by their Ultimate by 36%, lasting for 1 turn(s).
· Astral Ring 1: After Stellar Outburst state ends, gains Stellar Drain. During Stellar Outburst, Combo ATK consumes Stellar Drain on hit to restore 10 Astral Ring Intensity. Activating Astral Ring Specialization: Wheel of Destiny restores 10 bonus Astral Ring Intensity. The character gains Stellar Drain upon entering combat, which takes effect once every 10 min in Part 2's Open World.
· Astral Ring 2: When Astral Ring Specialization: Wheel of Destiny is activated:
● Self Physical DMG and Total DMG increases by 10.0%
● Enemies take 8.0% more Elemental DMG and Physical DMG from characters protected by Astral Ring Specialization: Wheel of Destiny.
● In Stellar Outburst state, self Total DMG increases by 10.0%.
· Astral Ring 3: Upon entering Stellar Outburst state, deals 800% ATK of Physical DMG to enemies in front once
· Astral Ring 4: The power of this Astral Ring seems to be influenced by other unknown factors.
· Astral Ring 5: When Astral Ring Specialization: Wheel of Destiny is activated:
● For every attack, if Crit Rate is 100% or above, gain 2.0% Crit DMG for every 1% Crit Rate above 100% Crit Rate. If the character has Elemental Breach, Physical DMG increases by 40.0%
● For every attack, if Crit Rate is less than 100% and the character has Elemental Breach, Crit Rate increases by 40.0%
In normal state, the character's attacks generate Weapon Charge (Orbs?), up to 3 (orbs?). (Orbs?) are removed upon death or leaving the field, and 10 Combo Charges are refunded upon removal of Weapon Charge (Orbs?). There are three types of Weapon Charge (Orbs?) which enhance attack effects.
Type-A: Generated by Basic ATK SEQ 1 on hit or triggering Ultimate Evasion. Additionally fires 3 bullets dealing 25%*3% ATK of Physical DMG.
Type-B: Generated by Basic ATK SEQ 2 or Plunging ATK. Creates a black hole gathering nearby enemies, dealing 300% ATK of Physical DMG, lasting for 3s.
Type-C: Generated by Basic ATK SEQ 3 on hit or QTE skill on hit. Triggers an explosion at the enemy's location, dealing 20*3% ATK of Physical DMG.
Weapon Charge (Orbs?) are removed upon death or leaving the field, without refunding Combo Charges.

· Passive 1: When Astral Ring is not activated, Crit DMG increases by 80.0%, Physical DMG increases by 20.0%, enemies take 20.0% more Physical DMG from Songque (independent).
· Passive 2: Total DMG dealt to SD-type enemies increases by 20.0%. All team members gain Stardust Navigation: Consume Stardust Remnant to deal 30.0% more DMG against SD-type enemies' max HP (exclusive).

NOTE: The ones not refunding may be only the Type-C orbs.

Weapon Skill

When there are 3 Weapon Charge (Orbs?) on the field, the Weapon Skill can be unleashed to recall 3 Weapon Charge (Orbs?) and deal 600% ATK of Physical DMG to enemies. During Stellar Outburst, tap [Weapon Skill] to consume Weapon Charge (Energy?) to perform a Weapon Skill Tri-Strike:
SEQ 1 deals 45%*6 ATK of Physical DMG.
SEQ 2 deals 65%*5 ATK of Physical DMG.
SEQ 3 deals 355% ATK of Physical DMG.

· Weapon 1: Each Weapon Charge (Energy?) consumed by the Weapon Skill restores 3.5 SP.
· Weapon 2: When not in Stellar Outburst state, additionally deal 0% ATK of Physical DMG and increase Crit Rate by 6.0% for each Weapon Charge (Energy?) consumed by the Weapon Skill. In Stellar Outburst state, each Weapon Charge (Energy?) consumed by the Weapon Skill increases Crit Rate by 6.0%.

NOTE: The current version states 0% ATK of Physical DMG, a previous version stated 100%. Seems text seems broken.

Astral Ring

Upon entering Stellar Outburst state, the character unleashes Stellar Assault, dealing 400% ATK as Physical DMG and switch skill sets. Basic ATK changes to Aerial Tri-Strike, dealing a total of 300%+300%+600% ATK of Physical DMG. Upon contact, every aerial attack will allow Songque to recover Stellar Ring Charge, up to 3 charges.
In the duration of Stellar Outburst, standby characters are replaced by Phantoms. Phantoms join the battle and their attacks deal 4 * 100% ATK as Physical DMG. When the character initiates Shadow Star attack, the character deals 1000% ATK as Physical DMG and grants 5 seconds of Rondo in the Shadows status.
During Rondo in the Shadows, Aerial Tri-Strike generate Phantoms that deal 3*100% ATK as Physical DMG and additionally recover Songque’s Stellar Ring Charge. Weapon Skill generates Phantoms that deal 300% ATK as Physical DMG and additionally recover Songque Combo Charge.

NOTE: Subject to change, apologies for any issue. Note this is translated.

Basic ATK

Tap [ATK] on the ground to perform Tri-Strike:
SEQ 1 deals 75% ATK of Physical DMG.
SEQ 2 deals 30%*3+100% ATK of Physical DMG.
SEQ 3 deals 60%+60%*2% ATK of Physical DMG. On hit, generates 1 Weapon Charge (Orb?). In the air, tap [ATK] to perform a Plunging ATK, dealing 20%*4+20% ATK of Physical DMG.

· Basic ATK 1: Reduces incoming DMG by 30.0%, grants a shield that can block one attack, resets shield after a Combo ATK.
· QTE-Basic ATK 2: QTE: Triggered when an enemy is Time-Slowed, or when an ally deals Ultimate DMG. Deals 150.0%*5+130% ATK of Physical DMG, generating 1 Type-C Weapon Charge (Orb?) on hit, and triggering a global Time Fracture lasting 2s. When in normal state, this attack may connect to Basic ATK SEQ 2. When Astral Ring Specialization: Wheel of Destiny is activated, if the character is on standby and an ally's Stellar Drain is consumed, reduces switch-in cooldown of the character by 4s and triggers QTE. CD: 4s.

Combo: Special Attack

Songque has a max of 60 Combo Charges. In normal state, when Combo Charges are full, hold [ATK] to perform a Combo ATK, dealing a total of 1100% ATK of Physical DMG.
In Stellar Outburst state, Combo ATK changes to Astral Ring Combo ATK. Performing Astral Ring Combo ATK deals a total of 50*9+590% ATK of Physical DMG.

· Special 1: When Combo ATK hits SD-type enemies, triggers their Critical Value, with a 30s CD per enemy.
· Special 2: Increases Combo ATK and Ultimate ATK Crit Rate by 20.0% and Total DMG by 16.0%.
· Special 4: Enhances Astral Ring Combo ATK, additionally dealing 20.0%*n+200% ATK of Physical DMG. When entering Stellar Outburst state, instantly gains 100 Combo Charges.

Evasion Skill

In normal state, triggering Ultimate Evasion generates one Weapon Charge (Orb?) and may directly connect to Basic ATK SEQ 2. In Stellar Outburst state, gains one Weapon Charge (Energy?) when triggering Ultimate Evasion.
Ultimate Evasion: Triggers a global Time Fracture lasting 2s. CD: 15s.

· Evasion 1: Automatically triggers before character's death. Fully restores HP, and becomes invincible for 1.5s. Can trigger only once per battle.
· Evasion 2: Triggering Ultimate Evasion restores 1200 HP for all team members.

Ultimate Skill

When Ultimate is activated, deals 80%*6 + 300% ATK of Physical DMG. Activating Ultimate has no SP requirement. Consumes all SP upon activation, and deals an additional 10% ATK of Physical DMG for every 1 SP consumed, up to a maximum of 1500% ATK of Physical DMG dealt.
CD: 24s

· Ultimate 1: When Astral Ring Specialization: Wheel of Destiny is activated, unleashing the Ultimate in Stellar Outburst state exits the Stellar Outburst state and refunds Astral Ring Intensity based on 25.0% of the ratio of remaining Stellar Outburst duration.
· Ultimate 2: Total DMG dealt by the Ultimate in Stellar Outburst state increases by 50.0%.
· Ultimate 3: After unleashing the Ultimate, restores 2.5 SP per second for 10s. Repeated triggers will refresh the duration.

Leader Skill

· Leader: Activates Astral Ring Specialization: Wheel of Destiny when Songque is the leader.
Astral Ring Intensity requirement: 140, Stellar Outburst duration: 21s, CD: 21s
When the team has 1 member with the Harmonized Shadow Star trait, the Total DMG dealt by any member's Shadow Star Attack increases by 35.0%.
When the team has 2 members with the Harmonized Shadow Star trait, members with the Harmonized Shadow Star trait share Stellar Drain's effect, and Physical DMG dealt by on-field members in Astral Ring Charging state increases by 20.0%.
When the team has 3 members with the Harmonized Shadow Star trait, Physical DMG that enemies take from on-field members in Stellar Outburst state increases by 16.0% (independent).

Passive Skill
[HSR - 2.3 BETA] Firefly Changes

Trace - Module γ: Core Overload:

OLD: For every 100 of SAM's ATK that exceeds 1600, increases SAM's Break Effect by 10%.
NEW: For every 10 of SAM's ATK that exceeds 1800, increases SAM's Break Effect by 0.8%.

Skill - Order: Aerial Bombardment

OLD: Consumes SAM's HP equal to 40% of SAM's Max HP and regenerates a fixed amount of Energy equal to 60% of SAM's Max Energy. Deals Fire DMG equal to 100% (250%) of SAM's ATK to a single target enemy. If the current HP is not sufficient, then SAM's HP is reduced to 1 when using this Skill. Causes character's next Action to be Advanced by 25%.
NEW: Consumes SAM's HP equal to 40% of SAM's Max HP and regenerates a fixed amount of Energy equal to 50% (65%) of SAM's Max Energy. Deals Fire DMG equal to 100% (250%) of SAM's ATK to a single target enemy. If the current HP is not sufficient, then SAM's HP is reduced to 1 when using this Skill. Enables this unit's next Action to be Advanced by 25%.

Enhanced Skill - Fyrefly Type-IV: Deathstar Overload

OLD: Restores HP by 35% of this unit's Max HP. Applies Fire Weakness to a single enemy, lasting for 2 turn(s). Deals Fire DMG equal to 0.2 × Break Effect + 100% (250.0%) of SAM's ATK to the target enemy. At the same time, deals Fire DMG equal to 0.1 × Break Effect + 50.0% (125.0%) of SAM's ATK to adjacent enemies. A maximum of 360% Break Effect is calculated.

NEW: Increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 16% (28%). While the wearer is in battle, for every 20% CRIT DMG that exceeds 120%, the DMG of the wearer's follow-up attack is increased by 12% (20%). This effect can stack up to 4 time(s). When the battle starts or after the wearer uses their Basic ATK, enables the Ultimate and the follow-up attack to ignore 20% (36%) of the target's DEF, lasting for 2 turn(s).
