New character will be "Thelema" (May be Selim) as stated a few weeks ago, she will first appear in an event during 7.3. Skins this patch will be at the time for Garuda Hua and Adult Griseo.
NOTE: I want to clarify that Thelema is more so of an internal name, and she's most likely is Selim.
