* 1: Gain Stellar Drain upon leaving the Stellar Outburst state. Combo ATK hits will consume Stellar Drain and recover Astral Ring energy by 3000. Activating Wheel of Destiny will recover Astral Ring energy by another 2000. Character gain Astral Drain upon entering battle - this can be triggered up to once every 10 minutes in Part 2.
* 2: While Wheel of Destiny is activated:
●Increase self's Physical DMG and all DMG by 20.0%
●Enemy take 5% increased all elemental DMG and 5% increased Physical DMG from characters affected by Wheel of Destiny
●Increase self's all DMG by 10% during Stellar Outburst
* 3: Activating Stellar Outburst deals 800% ATK Physical DMG to enemies in the area ahead, and gain 3 charges of Songque weapon energy.
