Sigewinne had some changes on beta and also present on live data already. Not sure if it's a mistake or an actual buff before her release but the changes are as following:

Fully-Charged Aimed Shot 290% (was 270%)
Mini-Stration Bubble DMG 58% (was 54%)

(This is at Lv. 15 but yeah... the point is she changed.)
